Variety of Vegetables

Our core crops are tomatoes and potatoes but each year we grow a variety of other produce products. In 2025 we also plan on growing: Parris Island lettuce, squash, zucchini, basil, rosemary, dill, chives, peas, garlic, carrots, onions, kale, spinach, broccoli rabi, blueberries, sour cherries (good for pies), and apples.
